The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use to support your spiritual growth, prayer, and discipleship.

You agree to use the App lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access data that is not yours.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

You may delete your account at any time from within the App or by contacting us.

The App includes a “Kid Mode” designed for children under 13. Kid Mode must be set up and supervised by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on the child’s behalf.

By enabling Kid Mode you represent that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian, that you consent to the child’s use of the App, and that you will supervise their use.

Accounts are intended for adults (parents/guardians). Children should not create their own accounts. Parents may create named profiles for their children (first name and optional age only) in the Parent Zone, turn parental permission on or off, and delete a child’s profile at any time.

Content you add (such as prayers) remains yours. You are responsible for the content you submit and should not include information you would not want stored.

You grant us permission to store and process your content solely to operate the App and provide its features to you.

The Prayer Wall is a shared space. You agree not to post content that is abusive, threatening, obscene, harassing, or that contains personal information about others without their consent. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines without notice.

Donations made through the App are processed by Givebutter on their platform and are subject to Givebutter’s terms. Donations are generally non-refundable except as required by law or the processor’s policies.

The App offers devotional and encouragement content for general spiritual growth. It is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice.

Crisis resources listed in the App (such as the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) are provided for convenience and are operated by independent third parties. We are not responsible for their availability or response.

The “Need Prayer Now” feature sends an alert to our ministry team. It is a ministry prayer line staffed by people — it is NOT a professional crisis service, NOT monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and NOT a substitute for calling 911 or the 988 Lifeline in an emergency. We cannot guarantee a response time.

If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, call 911 (US) or your local emergency number. For suicidal thoughts, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, US, 24/7).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any harm resulting from reliance on the prayer feature or crisis resources listed in the App.

The App may link to third-party services and content (such as videos, podcasts, music, and social media). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

You may not use the App to transmit spam, malware, or unsolicited messages, harvest other users’ data, impersonate another person, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on spiritual content, prayer features, or crisis resources.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dispatch to Discipleship Ministries and its officers, volunteers, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the “Effective” date above. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
